These terms cover this website and the Wellseen coaching program. Enrolling or using the site means you accept them. They are written to be read.

What Wellseen is
Wellseen is a private MCAT coaching program. You are paired with a performance coach, you build a study plan together, you check in daily, and your coach adjusts the plan from what your own data shows. It is coaching and academic support. It is not medical advice, not psychological treatment, and not an official AAMC product.
Wellseen is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the AAMC. The universities and hospitals named on this site are the institutions our coaches trained at, not partners or sponsors of Wellseen.
Who can enroll
You must be 16 or older and able to enter a contract. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
Price and payment
The program is $5,000 for three months, taken by Stripe. Prices on this site are in US dollars. They may change for future intakes, but never for an intake you have already paid for.
Extensions beyond the three month minimum are available monthly at a discounted rate. The rate is agreed with you before anything is charged.
Refunds and the guarantee
In short: seven days to change your mind, paying only for what you used. Three further months free if you do not reach your goal score.
Within seven days of enrolling you can ask for a refund on everything you have not used. You pay only for the coach and tutor hours you had already taken.
If your goal score is not met, or your coach decides to move your test back, we give you three further months of coaching at no charge, and you choose which three months to use. Enrolling also gives you lifetime access to the Wellseen resource library.

What we ask of you
- Give your coach accurate information. The plan is only as good as the data behind it.
- Keep your portal login to yourself.
- Do not record, resell, or redistribute coaching sessions or materials.
- Do not use the program or the site to break the law, or to try to break, scrape, or overload our systems.
Our materials
The study plans, guides, resource library and everything else we give you are ours and stay ours. Enrolling gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own preparation. It does not let you share, sell or republish them.
Outcomes
Score increases quoted on this site are results real Wellseen students achieved. They are not a promise about yours. Your score depends on where you start, how much work you put in, and things neither of us controls.
What we do promise is the guarantee above: if the score does not come, you get more coaching rather than an argument.
Ending the program
You can stop at any time. The refund window is what determines whether money comes back. We can end a place, with a pro rata refund of unused time, if someone is abusive to a coach or breaks the terms above.
Liability
We give the site and the program as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes go to the state and federal courts located in California, and by using this site or enrolling you agree to those courts hearing them.
If you live somewhere whose law gives you rights that cannot be signed away, you keep those rights and nothing here removes them.
