He scored a 508 then joined the Wellseen MCAT program with a month left. His first FL in the program was a 503 - he was terrified. His next two FLs were 526 and then another 526. The first 526 could’ve been a fluke, but the second showed cemented his improvement.

Anxiety was killing his performance. We added box breathing before his study sessions as well as daily morning meditation. After a week, his stress levels dropped and his focus rose dramatically. Then we completely changed his review process. Instead of reading the explanation and moving on, we had him explain why the right answer was right in his own words. If he couldn't explain it out loud, he couldn’t move on.

Our review process is uncomfortable at first. It takes longer and forces your brain to actually learn from every mistake. This brought him to scoring a 526 twice in 3 weeks. Same student but with a different system - the Wellseen system.

If your score isn't moving, there's a pattern you can't see. Book a consult and I'll show you how we find it.
